Citing the source of information
The Danish Maritime Safety Administration must be cited as the source if our data are shown, or reference is made to them in reports or at exhibitions, or if they are made public in any other way.

Licensing or collaboration agreements
Besides using data from our website, it is possible to enter into licensing or collaboration agreements about receiving data. The terms and prices for these data are always negotiated individually, and depend on the task involving the data. Data may only be used for the purposes specified in the agreement.

Data provided by us, including products derived from our data, may not be sold or passed on to others without our permission.

Errors in data
Some of our data packages include data from third parties. We have confidence in these data, but we cannot always verify them. There is thus a risk that there may be errors in our data. We cannot therefore be held liable for consequences arising from the use of our data.
