Data received from the Danish Maritime Safety Administration must not be passed on without the prior permission of the Danish Maritime Safety Administration. If it comes to the knowledge of the Danish Maritime Safety Administration that the data received have been passed on without the permission of the Danish Maritime Safety Administration, access to the data will be interrupted immediately without notice.

This application will be administered and stored by the Danish Maritime Safety Administration in accordance with the rules of the Danish Act on Processing of Personal Data, regardless of whether the application is granted after administrative processing. To the extent that is considered necessary, the Danish Maritime Safety Administration may request further information from the applicant in order to reach a decision regarding the application. To the extent that is considered necessary, the Danish Maritime Safety Administration may obtain information about the applicant from other authorities in accordance with S. 29 of the Danish Public Administration Act. For your information, the expected reviewing time for applications sent to the Danish Maritime Safety Administration is three weeks.
