Maritime surveys may not be conducted in Danish, Faroese and Greenland waters without permission from the Danish Maritime Safety Administration. You can apply for permission on this page.
Data for improvement of navigation safety
You are obliged to deliver the data that you collect during a maritime survey to the Danish Maritime Safety Administration so it can be used to improve safe navigation in Denmark.
Reporting of dangers to navigation safety
If, during the conducting of a maritime survey, you discover something that could endanger safe navigation in Danish waters, you must immediately contact the Danish Maritime Safety Administration or the Navy Operations Command.
